Worst rooms...damp and with moulds. low ceiling, felt claustrophobic. the time we went some renovation was going on and we had to go to another property as they requested. customer service is zero.

Construction happening inside the hotel so lots of noise. room was okay, bed was comfortable but service could have been better.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

A very basic hotel with basic amenities. if you are looking for a budget friendly short term stay like for a week day and are traveling solo mostly for work you can opt this hotel where your motive is just a basic lodging. the ground floor rooms are dirty. but the 1st and 2nd floor rooms are cleaner.
