FabHotel Nestlay Rooms Airport

No proper tv, and remotes were not working properly, no additional benefits from room like no smart tv, no youtube nothing. looks like tv & ac are 10-12 years old, the floor is too sticky and didn't even mop, pillows are bad and dirty, i won't prefer if for my next stay. breakfast is good as well.

Average stay.. i booked deluxe but they offered me twin bed room and the bed size isn't for an adult at all.. so small in size.. not at all a comfortable stay.. also wifi was not available most of the time.. disappointed

One of the worst experience till date. they charged 7k for a mediocre hotel which is not even worth 2k. they don't have their own restaurant. breakfast is brought from outside and served. bodywash was stinking. room was average.

Location, rooms, service are excellent. common areas are not so good- very narrow and small. location-wise it falls in the flight corridor- little noise of aircraft landing at regular intervals. not a big issue unless you’re over sensitive to noise

Avoid this place! this place has numerous issues. firstly, the beds, towels and linens haven’t been changed for more than 5-6 years i guess. they all are dirty, worn out and have a stain even when they are newly changed. the ac setup is probably more than 10 years old and never worked properly. the floors don’t even get mopped for new guests and have stains on them. the rooms have cockroaches running around everywhere. no proper lighting, tv didn’t work and no towels were provided in the bathroom. the staff is decent and they did what we requested however the management is letting customers down by running this place like a highway motel. the infrastructure is outdated and would request the management to take a good look at themselves before they let customers stay in this god forsaken hotel. extremely poor experience being here and checked out a day before to go to a different hotel though i’m losing money. if not for the location close to the airport this place would be deemed uninhabitable by public.

Do not go by the image you see. proximity to the metro is only the plus point. i had reserved a room the evening before my stay through fabhotels by calling the property and requested for early check-in. the representative said, it is possible and i booked. when i reached the property, i was asked to pay rs. 600 extra for early check-in. i called the customer service (my biggest regret) and tried explaining the issue and she was not at all helpful and unprofessional. the only answer i got was “there is nothing i can do, you will have to pay”. after a lot of back and forth, the gentleman at the hotel reception, waived off the charges. coming to the room, the room was small and had an odour. nothing like it is on the website. so please do not go by the image. the rooms are worth half the price. i got to know that they have allocated some rooms to fabhotels which are not at all worth the price. they have better ones kept for other platforms and direct booking. if you still want to book the place, i would highly suggest to call nestlay rooms directly or use other platforms.
