I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience related to my stay at your hotel. i tried calling the phone number provided in the reservation confirmation email to obtain the hotel’s location. unfortunately, there was no option to address existing reservations. i had to select “new reservations” just to speak to someone and ask for the address. during this process, my call was disconnected three times. on the fourth attempt, i was kept on hold for nearly 40 minutes, after which i had to disconnect myself. this level of support is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. additionally, upon arriving at the hotel, i noticed that the bedsheets in the room were not clean. this raised serious concerns about hygiene and overall housekeeping standards. i expect better customer service and cleanliness, especially after making a confirmed reservation. i request that you look into these issues seriously and take corrective action to ensure such experiences are not repeated.

The bedsheets were not cleaned and full of stains.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. could not have been more helpful. excellent rooms which were very spacious. great housekeeping. outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & bustle of city.
