1 AverageIn pic the room is spacious but its really very small but its called as deluxe room also i rooms i feel some disturbing smell and toilet is not good. for family not ok but for single person its ok but rate is high for single person stay. for three days i spent nearly 10k as a charge, but they say breakfast compliments is not available fory bookings.Karthikeyan Natarajan, 27 Jul

1 AverageWorst experience ever. very unfriendly staff and they dont have manners to talk to senior citizens. they charged for breakfast while booking from their website and when we asked for it they denied simply stating that the breakfast option was not showing up in their mobile app. no parking space. v congested road and no space for waiting for uber or taxis. rooms were unclean.Venkateshwaran Krishnamoorthy, 23 Jun

1 AverageNot up to the mark... 1.first of all , hotel was situated in a narrow street , only bikes can go easily 2.we have book 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights ,but it's not like deluxe room , it's like normal standard room . 3.ac is not working properly , kinda old model ac 4. bathroom is clean but a disgusting smell is coming. 5. not providing 24hrs hot water for bathing is deluxe room. only morning 5 to 6 hot water is coming that too moderate hot. 6. staffs and supporting helpers are very kind and helpfull. 7. boys gang can able to manage but not for family'sRanjith Viji, 5 Jun

5 FabulousExcellent budget hotel for very reasonable price in the heart of gandhipuram. room boys are very helpful and friendly. don't expect 5-star hotel cleanliness (sheets, wall paint, etc.) from this budget hotel. but great value for money.John Lawrence, 8 Jun

1 AverageWorst ever experience with fabhotel jansi deluxe. not at all recommended for a family stay as the hotel is very next to a bar on a narrow lane, though it is very close to the city centre. we booked through fab portal and clearly explained our requirement for early checkin, but we were never told about the additional charges of 600 until we arrive at the hotel. the staff was very rude and adament. will never again visit or use fab booking portalRamaswamy A, 20 May

4 Very GoodWe had a very nice and good experience here.. to be frank, i felt uneasy after reading the earlier reviews. but once we had been there, i felt better. we got free unlimited breakfast as well as drinking water, whenever requested. only uncomfortable is that the road till the hotel is very narrow and lots of two wheelers park their vehicle in a pathetic manner. also, the a/c in the rooms should be reconditioned. also, hot water should be given in the evening tooAshok M Prasad, 30 Apr
