This is on behalf of a group of 16 people. we had stayed in this hotel for 9 nights and it has been one of the worst experiences ever. the service is the worst, the staff is unresponsive, they stole our clothes through laundry and argued when we asked back for it. the ac in the rooms were not working. believe me do not book this hotel at any cost. its a nightmare.

The wi-fi connection at this hotel is extremely poor. if you are planning an official trip or need to work on a laptop, this place is not suitable. the reception staff mentioned that the wi-fi is meant only for mobile usage, and even then the signal is very weak. when i requested a room change due to the issue, it was refused. housekeeping is not done daily and will only be provided if specifically requested, and even towel changes are not done daily, as confirmed by the reception. overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

1. rooms are not maintained properly. 2.wifi not working. no proper response from staff when enquired 3. food is not good and not much option. 4. not sure why no hot water after 10. 5. even for basic amenities like soap we need to ask them in reception. apart from location i don't see any value added for the money paid. check your room and than pay the amount in case if you would like to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. however, i was asked to pay an additional ₹400 for early check-in at 8 am. during the booking process, fab hotels customer service had informed me that breakfast was included with the room, and only the early check-in charges would be extra. but upon arrival, i was asked to pay separately for breakfast as well. overall, the stay was fine

Bad experience. reception with no manner. not smiling. asking my pasport like i am a criminal. smelly toilet. air conditional not working suddenly in 3 am. its a bad day for us. this is not sabotage, but this is reality based on our experience. service is very bad

What was good : cleanliness only, nothing else what was bad : 1. room size, staff not conversant in english, not children friendly facility, underground car park was a mess, had to spend an hour to remove our car between haphazardly parked cars 2. booking.com clearly allocated 3 rooms and no. of allowed headcount per room and definition of kids was below 12 years 3. even fabhotel invoice mentioned booking.com amount, but at hotel they created a ruckus and charged us extra amount for 3 people 4. at hotel, only two rooms were given, though booking.com booking summary clearly indicated 3 rooms booked. at hotel they forced us to take up two additional rooms quoting more no. of people, even though our headcount was as disclosed and allocated by booking.com booking details (even the no. and age of children was disclosed) 5. hotel forced us for full price applicable to kids beyond 8 years, though they couldn't show/prove this anywhere in their policy/documentation at hotel. 6. i was charged additionally for 3 people, we ended up paying since breakfast was denied to 3 people, which forced us to pay inr 1500 (500 per person additionally).
