The person in the reception is very rude and unhygienic when i ask for water bottle they don’t even have a sealed bottle all the water bottle were opened and refilled by them. when i ask for a packed new bottle they are saying ‘to buy it from outside’. no cleanliness in washroom as well. also when i ask for a glass they gave me dirty glasses, and when i said i need clean glasses or make them clean they are saying ‘sir yah to aap isko apne kamre mai saaf krdoge ya to mai baat to ek hi hai’. they don’t even have a dish washing soap. this was my last time, don’t visit.

We have a very bad experience today as there is no water in washrooms after several reminders from 2 hours, horrible experience

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

Service experience was pathetic. no towel, tissue were given. dirty old water bottle was filled with ro water. dirty toilet, dirty bucket and mug, bed side table's drawers were broken, tv was not working. overall experience was quite very poor. won't recommend it to anyone please.

The room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.
