Bad rooms and bad customers service. every complaint we ask the receptionist was useless and the answer was “its how it is”. i know thats not how its work. and no wifi , no breakfast included. bed sheets pillow wasn’t clean at all. it’s bad that and am very much disappointed after all the. once i made the complaint the room boy came with new linens. i would say the manager is not paying any attention to this detail. after all this issue none of them care say sorry.

The hotel located near highway and in the heart of city. this will help to find out the hotel easily by the tourists. rooms are very spacey and stay was very comfortable. services were very good. tasty food with reasonable rates are available at their hotel . room rent is also reasonable.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... the room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. i must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. and its in under reasonable price.

Worst experience.... no set-top box attached to tv, dirty pillow, dirty towel, no sanitary products provided like shampoo, body wash, dental kit etc..... recommended to bring every thing with you if you wanna stay in this hotel.

The location of the property was great . it was easy to excess & was far from the crowded area . parking of car was available. over all food , ambiance & service was great. love to visit again with family.

Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. given that india is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!
