FabHotel Kris Resort Calangute Beach

The rooms amenities nicely done,specious the rooms were very comfortable ,the sleep quality was expensive ,and restuarant food was tasty and freshly made,swimming pool also maintain good,and staff behavior also good.

I had a terrible experience with fabhotel staff kris & mintu. initially, the hotel agreed to a specific rate including breakfast and early check-in. based on this, i confirmed the booking with my customer and even collected an advance payment. shockingly, just 30 minutes later when i called again to reconfirm, mintu told me there would be extra charges for early check-in and no breakfast included. when i tried to show them the previous agreement, i found that they had deleted our entire whatsapp conversation, clearly trying to cover up their mistake and avoid accountability. this is highly unprofessional and unethical behavior. i left a 1-star review, but honestly, even that feels generous. please do not trust fabhotels if you are in the hospitality business or booking for clients, they can ruin your reputation. avoid at all costs.

The resort was great! this was my second time after 2021 visiting this resort for a vacation and the resort had been renovated! the pool became bigger! there are 3 fountains which activate in the morning when there are a bunch of people in the pool enjoying. there is also a bar for adults, music playing all the time where you can ask the staff to play your favourite music! the rooms could be slightly better as some of the bedsheets and mattresses have some stains... well other than that, the service is great as in every room there is a telephone in every room (call 8 for restaurant and 9 for reception as of april 23, 2023) and they pick up in a single call so yeah! food is great and the quantity is great too! there could be some more menu option such as mushrooms which would be great for vegetarians! (i'm not a vegetarian) the resort's location is too good like seriously it's very close to calangute and baga beach and 40 minutes to panjim. although i hope they improve the entrance road of the resort as it's a dirt pathway. fabulous experience and i recommend you to come here for a stay

We stayed there for three days. the service was not good. the room was dirty. the quilt and towels were dirty. housekeeping service was very poor. the swimming pool water was so dirty and soapy for 2 days. it was not filtered or cleaned regularly. they cheat us with billing and food. they provide us glass with a dirty smell of fish. they provided us cups for tea without washing , sugar left inside as it is and served us. we suggest not to stay there.

The review is for fab hotels chain , initially i have booked waves of the sea board calangute , the reservation was accepted for the same but at last moment the hotel was changed by fab chain sating that hotel is fully occupied and we have been alloted a different hotel which seems to be oyo chain hotel , the cost charged was high and hotel is not up to the mark for that price.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
