1 AverageDo not book this hotel. i booked and paid in full through an online platform, but upon arrival, the staff refused to honor the reservation, claiming they 'don't do online check-ins.' this is a blatant lie as they are actively listed and accepting payments online. to make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and aggressive when i showed them my receipt. i was left stranded without a room despite having paid. they are essentially stealing money from travelers. avoid this place at all costs unless you want to lose your money and be insulted by the staff."Stephen Lobs, 23 Feb

2 AverageRooms are okay, the tv doesn't work properly, but does run okay with the channels. the balcony isn't maintained, curtains were not clean at all. basic facilities were provided. the kettle was broken and wasn't usable at all. the water bottle was overpriced to ₹30 for a ₹18 bottle. the staff was good and very friendly. the pool was good enough. personal note, please use rat poison or other products to get rid of the rats which climbs through the balcony wall.Liyett, 19 Nov

1 AverageVery bad experience at this hotel. i have already voice call feedback to makekytrip & have also written an e-mail to them. i will also rate 1 star at your given link. worst experience. paid for 4 full days but due to poor service; changed hotel in 2 days. rude staff, they dont care about customer's concern. poor bathrooms, poor breakfast. so many things not good about this hotel. if you want to be a fabhotel; ask them to improve or remove this hotel from your tie-up.Vishal Vyas, 23 Oct

3 GoodI have visited that, hotel last month oct.25.2025. the hotel's location is great, bcz, the calangute beach's bus parking/ taxi stand attached with this hotel. the calangute beach distance max2max 200 mtrs. there is no problem for vehicles. the hotel service is good as per they can. rooms are also good. i was stayed room no 402 suite room. at last, food was aslo amezing, south and north indian food are also available,,,, that's thing was let me said," wow!" felt good, friendly staff.Aradhya Tiposi, 13 Oct

1 AverageHotel is good but fab hotel service is very bad. because i tell all my issues on phone call . my booking is 12th feb to 16th feb but last moment hotel property owners tell me your check out date 15th feb 2023 and i talk with fabhotel on phone call he tell me hi give me one day refund. i pay amount for four day stay. but i stay only on 3 day so give me 1 day amount refund but refund not credited in my account.Dharmendra Gangani, 16 Feb

4.8 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Jagjit, 7 Jun
