FabHotel Prime The King's Court With Pool and Bar

Due to non operational reasons of supreme grand hotel, fab management shifted my stay to king's court. recently stayed in room 503, a premium room, and was disappointed with the condition of the room. the tv and electric kettle were not working due to a faulty plug. the bed linen and towels were also in poor condition. additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning. after many requests, less than half toilet paper roll was provided. which lasts up to yesterday. we purchased the same from local market to avoid follow up for such a minor requirement. despite the staff and mr. vitthal, front office being cooperative, the management's inability to address these issues was concerning. when i requested tea at 7:30 am, i was informed that the restaurant wouldn't open until 8:30 am. furthermore, the lack of hot water for bathing was unacceptable, especially with the staff citing the solar system's unavailability due to rain. i expect a premium room to provide basic amenities like working appliances and hot water. installing geysers in each room would be a reasonable solution. my stay was marred by these issues, and i hope you will take necessary steps to improve your services. this was my second time staying in king's court, but not pleasant this time. regards

Dear fab hotels team, i am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at one of your properties. unfortunately, the experience did not meet even the most basic expectations associated with the fab hotels brand. i would like to highlight a few serious concerns: 1. food quality & miscommunication: the food served was extremely poor. although we requested non-vegetarian meals, we were informed that only vegetarian food was available based on our payment. at the time of booking, there was no option to select or upgrade the meal type. furthermore, the staff stated that since it was not a peak period, non-vegetarian food was not provided due to storage concerns. this explanation was unacceptable and should have been made clear at the time of booking. 2. lack of basic amenities: no wi-fi connectivity during the entire stay non-functional tv no bucket provided in the bathroom no basic toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste kit no hot water available 3. unresponsive and unprofessional staff: despite giving continuous feedback, no action was taken. the staff's repeated response was simply, “we can’t help”, which was unprofessional and completely disregarded our concerns. this experience was far below the standard expected from a reputed hotel chain. i sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and take prompt corrective action to ensure better service and hospitality in the future.

Service is great. the hotel location is near to calangute beach.

My experience at the hotel was very bad. 1. swimmipool floor tiles were broken in the entire pool. water was not clean in the pool due to broken floor also lights in the pool was floating which was not at all safe in any way. 2. rooms were also disastrous. there was ac issue also walls and floor has lot of moisture there was water everywhere in the room. i have video too for the same. i will share it with you. 3. breakfast buffet was very bad in taste only 1-2 dishes were there. zero hygiene maintained. there were insects moving in boiled eggs. 4. despite all of this when i complained about this to the manager he was having attitude issue. he said he can't do anything about this. 5. my experience was really worst. i am frequent goa traveller since last 7 years and this time i had very bad stay. thanks!

I had a comfortable 4-day stay at the hotel. the staff was polite and attentive, always ready to help. the highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast—it was fresh, tasty, and had a lot of variety. dinner was also satisfying, and the chef did an excellent job with the flavors. the hotel was clean and well-kept, which added to the overall pleasant experience. the pool was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing. i’d happily stay here again.
