Warning ‼️‼️ never ever book this property worst experience, i pre booked the property i already paid the full original amount and they told me we are already sold out. no one at the property helped me take it as a serious warning do not book this hotel.

Worst staff behaviour, no room service... asked for towel. they gave me very old towel, and when i asked for another one because white stuff was coming of from this one they said they don't have any another towel in hotel i booked with breakfast, asked for breakfast, they said it will come in mins, it didnot came for 40 mins asked again... they said breakfast won't be possible... and staff is very room and illogical too

Must recommend stay for all the people visiting out here gurgaon sector 42-43, starting from rooms they are spacious and comfortable, the staff are polite and very supportive.

They have serious issues of pest control. blood sucking insects all over bed, cockroaches in bathroom almirah and every place. the owner kept calling from a day before yet asked me to cancel booking & go personally for which he charged more than usual price for the extra day. food is bad as they give dry bread in name of breakfast. you will keep asking for water and they will send it after the whole day had passed. won't recommend. smoke smell was always there in corridors. once someone from there staff even talked badly on phone and they didn't said anything. overall unsafe and unhygienic. even overcharged for laundry though my stay included a pair complimentary each day. unethical and unprofessional

Worst bed i have ever slept in! the mattress is full of pointy springs. the fan is making sounds continuously. the lights were not working properly. the water bottles were not sealed. coffee was good tho. that's all they could offer. to be honest the price is not worth the bad facility and location.
