3 GoodWhat you’ll like: + located in dlf phase 2 + prices are dirt cheap. i paid 1400 per night for single occupancy and 1500 per night for double occupancy + room service is decent. they provide you with food, snack and it’s reasonably priced what you won’t like: - rooms are extremely old - you get what you pay for. don’t expect premium serviceUthranarayan C, 26 Dec

1 AverageI recently stayed at fab hotel altus ,and my experience was very disappointing. from the beginning, the bedsheets provided in our room already had small burn/fire marks. we didn’t complain initially as we assumed it was a minor issue. however, during checkout, the hotel staff suddenly claimed that we had caused those marks and demanded ₹700 as a charge for the bedsheet. when we tried to explain that the marks were already there, they used rude and abusive language instead of listening to us. this kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.Sanket Bhattacharjee, 13 Oct

3 GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 15 Aug
