I had bad experience, hotel is operating by local guys not gud for family, everything was smelling, bugs in toilets and bed sheet , mattress was like for animals. not gud for family

I have very worst experience for stay in hotel. i have booked through fab hotel. in cockroach in rooms bed. almira is broken. dangerous smells in washroom. coffee mog & hotel kettle & tea not available. breakfast quality is very low.. i suggest please not booking through fab hotel.

Terrible experience. unclean room and bathroom. insects in the room. too much hair in the bathroom. one of the a/c and fridge were not working.dirty and damaged linen. status of the room and bathroom were different from the website photos.

*warning: avoid these rooms and hotel !* i'm extremely disappointed with the rooms i stayed in. the conditions were unhygienic and unacceptable. here are some of the issues i encountered: - *cockroach infestation*: the room was infested with cockroaches, which is a serious concern for health and safety. - *dirty flooring*: the floors were dirty and not properly cleaned. - *unchanged bed sheets*: the bed sheets hadn't been changed after the previous guest, which is a basic hygiene standard that should be followed. - *shower issues*: the shower water didn't drain properly, making it difficult to use. due to these issues, i would not recommend staying in these rooms to anyone. the lack of cleanliness and maintenance is disappointing and raises serious concerns about the hotel's standards. *recommendation:* avoid staying in these rooms and consider other options. hopefully, the hotel will address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

Cockroaches in the room. stained bedsheets. seapage at many places. we changed two rooms. lights were not working in one room. smell of smoking filled the other room. locks broken for different doors. overall property not maintained properly.

Here are the specific problems i encountered during my stay on 28th dec: 1. **lights not working** in the room. 2. **tv not functioning**, leaving me without entertainment. 3. **main door lock malfunctioning**, compromising my safety. 4. **doorbell not working**, causing inconvenience. 5. **no boiler available**, which was unexpected and inconvenient. 6. **small bed size**, leading to discomfort. 7. **housekeeping team’s bad behavior**, which was unprofessional and unacceptable. 8. **blinking light**, which constantly flickers and causes disturbance. 9. **presence of big mosquitoes and cockroach** in the room, making the stay unbearable. 10. **broken balcony door lock**, further compromising security.
