Worst experience with fabhotel (fabhotel sphire83). room was in horrible condition – broken bed, dirty floor, hair everywhere, very bad smell and extremely unhygienic washroom. the whole place was completely unhygienic and not maintained at all. within a short time i had to check out because it was impossible to stay in such a dirty environment. totally waste of money. fabhotels should seriously improve their standards, otherwise customers like me will never come back.

Here are the specific problems i encountered during my stay on 28th dec: 1. **lights not working** in the room. 2. **tv not functioning**, leaving me without entertainment. 3. **main door lock malfunctioning**, compromising my safety. 4. **doorbell not working**, causing inconvenience. 5. **no boiler available**, which was unexpected and inconvenient. 6. **small bed size**, leading to discomfort. 7. **housekeeping team’s bad behavior**, which was unprofessional and unacceptable. 8. **blinking light**, which constantly flickers and causes disturbance. 9. **presence of big mosquitoes and cockroach** in the room, making the stay unbearable. 10. **broken balcony door lock**, further compromising security.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
