If you are international tourists, do not book. me and my partner found fabhotel through both booking.com and agoda. we made a booking through agoda after reading numerous glowing reviews. upon trying to check-in, the staff advised that they could not check us in as we were international tourists. we had already paid for our booking through agoda and did not understand why they were advertised on hotel booking platforms if foreigners are not allowed to stay at the hotel. they offered to have us stay at another one of their hotels nearby and insisted that we look at the rooms there. we had a look at the rooms and they were clearly not the room or quality that we booked and paid for. there were non-washed stains on the bed sheets, hairs underneath the pillows, no modern aircon unit and the shower did not work with no hot water. we tried to communicate these issues to the staff and request for a discount/refund as the quality of this hotel was not what we paid for. they advised that they would not give us any refund. when we mentioned the number of issues including the bathroom issue, they suggested that we take a bath with the buckets using the cold water. we were there for over 2.5 hours to sort a resolution and in the end left the hotel. we had no other option but to leave and find a different hotel due to this bad experience. just repeating again, do not book at this place if you are an international tourist. we had a terrible experience and hope that others do not encounter such a bad experience.

I recently stayed at new journey hotel for 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience! from the moment i checked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. the room was spotless, well-designed, and had all the amenities i needed, including a very comfortable bed and beautiful views. the hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the city. i also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, with a good variety of options. overall, new journey hotel made my trip truly memorable, and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

I booked in advance and it was accepted, but on the day of stay, the frontdesk person told me the hotel was full and that he was transferring me to a different place of their own group. but it turned out to be someone else's hotel - and the facilities were average - i wouldn't have booked it directly. it was disappointing that they did not even call me in advance or better, decline my booking instead of accepting it. to compensate, they offered a free cab trip to a nearby place i needed to go to.

I booked it for my few colleagues for their month longer stays, i visited once and observed that this has a vibe of newness and freshness, it appears more spacious than nearby other properties comparatively. the only drawback so far i came to know through my colleague is that the cook is not able to make any south indian dish but on the other hand they appreciated the taste of north indian food made by the cook. breakfast food quantity is adequate, freshly cooked all the time and serving is hot all the time.
