5 FabulousI had a wonderful one-month stay at the hotel. the staff were very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. the service was excellent, and my room was kept clean and comfortable throughout. their warm behaviour and professionalism made me feel truly at home. highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay.Akshay Titare, 11 Oct

3 GoodStayed there for 13 days. (first, please note : it's not a 3 * hotel). average rooms. renovation was going on when i visited. u get ro water from the corridor. i had an a/c issue, the staff came and worked on it for 40-45 mins in the night & made it working. very very limited breakfast options. do not depend on the menu in the room, unfortunately they have very few options in food. good and friendly staff. the stay was okay, but definitely not a 3 star. the lift is around 25-30 years old be careful with the buttons. the road to the hotel is very near to the compound wall of phase 2 which may create confusion for the first timers.Chaaru Sworoop, 16 Aug

1 AverageWorst place ever . very shady rooms smelly bathrooms i have to check out immediately very very poor service me and my friend after a long travel day couldn’t even stand in the room for 5 min i will never suggest this hotel to anyone booking through fab hotels . no one responds on call for a refund there 24x7 service is horrible me and my colleague ( both qualified doctors ) were standing on road at 9 pm in night because of this poor service. very very disappointed . not recommended for families / women solo travellers at allDr Sarita Naik Narang, 4 Sep

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 9 May
