4 Very GoodI recently stayed at fab hotel rivlet and overall had a pleasant experience. the location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff were courteous and very helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment to relax in after a long day. however, there were a couple of issues during my stay. unfortunately, the wi-fi was unreliable and frequently disconnected, making it difficult to work or stream anything online. additionally, the geyser in the bathroom was not functioning properly, which made it challenging to get hot water for showers, especially in the cooler mornings. despite these inconveniences, the overall experience was good, and i would consider staying here again if these issues were addressed.Samip Zinia, 15 Aug

3 GoodThe location is good, except there are no nearby places to eat. the stay was okay. the rooms had all the facilities, but the bathroom was not very clean. the towels provided seemed dirty, but i don't use hotel towels anyway. i noticed small cockroaches in and around the room and bathroom. overall, it was not very clean. one major flaw i suffered from is that there was no network in the rooms. airtel is not available inside the room. the internet won't work. jio signals are also weak, but still no internet. the hotel's wifi did not have high-speed internet. #nofoodnearby #dirtybathroom #nowifi #cockroaches #badexperienceYuvaraj, 5 Jul

4 Very GoodThe staff behaviour and attitude is very courteous and customer friendly . they went out of their way to arrange early breakfast. however there are two areas of improvement . the breakfast spread should be expanded . both veg and non-veg options should be offered; not either/or. secondly amenities like tea/coffee sachets, drinking water bottles , towels should be provided by default and not on demand. otherwise for its price and location this is an excellent choice and real value for money. if i visit gurugram again for a short stay, i would definitely come here.Kaushik Chandra, 9 Mar
