1 AverageI had bad experience with this hotel and fab hotel,the manager was greedy. he didn't return the extra amount . i paid him extra then i showed him he charged more . he didn't return the balance amount and said contact company. the customer service of the fab hotel is not good either way. i had to waste one hour on them ,i still didn't get the refund. and the they say on call early check-in is possible but when you go there an extra amount is charged even for 10:00 am. also starting one hour power cut out . i didn't find the manager decent. he could've acted right but didn't.Jugal, 28 May

1 AverageExtremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel. the rooms and toilets were very unclean, and the bed sheets and towels were in poor condition. there was also a strong cigarette smell throughout the room, making it absolutely unsuitable for a family stay. additionally, the breakfast provided was of very poor quality. though the booking was made for 2 nights, had no choice but to vacate the hotel this morning and move to another accommodation. kindly cancel the remaining one night stay. we request you to initiate a refund for the unused night at the earliest.Thyagarajan Hariharan, 15 Jul

5 FabulousHad a fantastic stay at fabhotel singh suite, dlf phase 3. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. the staff provided excellent service — polite, prompt, and always helpful. the location is convenient, close to key spots in gurgaon, though a bit more signage outside would help. highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. great value for money!Mukul Negi, 7 Aug

1 AverageThe rooms are in horrible condition. broken wardrobes, no ventilation. donot take breakfast option. they will charge extra and not provide any breakfast. and even if they do, there's a roadside stall 5 steps from the front exit. that's the breakfast. i took pictures of the room but sadly there's no option to uploadHari, 22 Aug

1 AverageWorst. absolutely worst. none of the acs worked in any of the rooms. beds, sheets and rooms were unsanitary. there was dust and mold everywhere. floor was also not clean. it was full of dust. the bare essentials like towers, soap, sanitary kits weren't provided. they should close up shop.Shrestha Ekka, 12 Jun
