1 AverageHad a very unpleasant stay here. as soon as we entered the bedsheet were dirty and had hair on it. blanket were dirty, there was no water in washroom, drinking water was not provided. we kept on asking for water, they were least bothered to help us. very poor service. i would not recommend to anyone. poor facilities, we had to spend the whole night without water in the washroom.Uttara Gairola, 11 Dec

1 AverageThis would be worst hotel in gurgaon. it doesnt deserve 1 star. if there is - star rating they would standout a - 5 its so horrible. no cleaness. worst part is when i was in toilet the water stopped in all taps, had to call multiple times to get water - this is the horrible. rooms and outside the room in corridor smelly. see the pic outside the room, its a dustbin. wi-fi doesnt work. asked for water and after multiple calls they provided after 2 hours. water leakage in batroom which they never fixed even after making complaint. floor mat was dirty and didn't change for the whole stay even after making the complaint. toiletries were provided and never provided even after repetedaly asking - not even an hand wash.Preeth P, 6 Oct

1 AverageDisappointed and not worth the price i recently stayed at this property, and it was a highly disappointing experience. the staff was completely unprofessional. it felt like the bare minimum effort was put into maintaining the property. the hygiene standards were appalling. the floor was dirty, and the bedspreads and comforters were untidy, making the stay uncomfortable. breakfast was also disappointing, with only one dish on offer, which is unacceptable for the price charged. basic amenities were lacking, there were no toiletries provided and the bathroom lacked even a simple provision to hang or keep the clothes. there was ongoing construction work in the building. overall, this stay was a complete letdown. for the price they charge, this place is simply not worth it. i wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.Vyshakh R, 2 Dec

1 AverageVery bad experience, do not spoil your vacation by staying in this hotel. recently i booked 16 rooms in this property and the experience was so horrible. i faced large no. of difficulties in this hotel, like- 1. they can't provide room keys on time , my guests were standing and waiting for their rooms to open. 2. they did not stand on their word of triple sharing in all the rooms. 3. food was finished before everybody had eaten. 4. they will overcharge you by saying your guests are more in numbers than expected and water bottles too. 5. there was nobody to handle your luggage. and most important thing their behaviour was so rude, they will fight if they have to and will lie on most of the things. so take everything in writing what they have promised or they will backout on their word.Vinamra Jain, 5 Mar

1 Average⚠️ fraud alert – do not book this hotel ⚠️ this place is a total scam. they do not honor online bookings, even after confirmation and payment. when we arrived, the front desk staff, especially sushil yadav, was extremely unprofessional and suspicious. he outright denied our booking and behaved in a creepy and aggressive manner. it felt like something criminal was going on behind the scenes. no hospitality, no help — just lies and shady behavior. avoid this hotel at all costs. report and spread the word so no one else falls victim.Aditya B, 10 Jun
