Reception staff is pathetic. they charged us for extra bed but only provided mattress and on asking other bedding stuff they started to argue and gave us the logic that extra bed means only extra mattress not blanket and pillow. this is the worst property with worst staff. rooms are not at all maintained. this is the worst property with very rude staff. if i had option i would have given them rating in negative this property is not even worth 1 star.

Nice hotel....but one suggestion to hotel staff management and reception counter staaff some time please break your hotel policies rules and understand customers time and situation......in my cashe check in time after 9 right but we enter around 8 clock staff not provided me rooms before 9..and say me please sir give me extra 300 for checl in before 9 o'clock

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

The staff on reception was very rude, doesn't now how to treat or deal with the guest, i have to request for everything like toiletries, water, towel etc room was unhygienic, extra money charged for complementary water bottle, didn't provide towel stating laundry has not came

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... the room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. i must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. and its in under reasonable price.
