1.9 AverageIts just a guest house. please note below points that were a turn off:\r\n1. security & privacy- no security of luggage or personal belongings. i checked into a room (first floor) and then went for my work. when i came back someone else had occupied my room though my luggage was still there in the room. \r\n\r\n2. service-the staff does not know how to serve the customers. rude, rugged and unprofessional staff\r\n\r\n3. food - pathetic food served with excessive salt and chilly\r\n\r\n4. cleanliness - bed covers, pillow covers seemed unwashed. \r\n\r\n5. entertainment - a tv that could barely be seen (images were blurr)\r\n\r\n6. restaurant - roof top restaurant (as shown in pics) was closed and the staff rebuked when i asked for a meal there\r\n\r\n\r\ni have started doubting the credibility of makemytrip with this stay as they said its a 3 star property. \r\n it would be really useful if makemytrip take precautions to prevent association with such low quality hotels.Ajay Kumar, 20 Mar

1 AverageVery rude and arrogant behavior from the staff. we checked at midnight and had to go through this ordeal. he was taking photos of our id cards on his personal for verification purpose. the reason given was printer not working. this could be heavly misused and has happened with many people. ac was not working and the room did not cool even after 1 hr. one towel was provided for 2 people. it was already 1 in the night and had flight in the morning so no ppint changing hotel. but had it been around 9 pm would have definitely changed to another hotel.no water provided and had to ask at 1 in the night. could not sleep the whole and it was a hellish experience. i will not be booking from fabhotel anymore. it was just too much. one learning, you guys have no quality control, very poor exposure in running this kind of business.Kumar Prashant, 5 Sep

1 AverageHotel was nice and value for money. when we checked in , i found a left over bagpiper whisky bottle in my room. we came from the party late in the night we found the same alcohol bottle kept in the other room we occupy. next day , in the morning a staff member came saying that he was looking for a bagpiper bottle which belonged to some guest. we told him that we found that in other room last night ! then comes the phone from reception that you guys have consumed the alcohol from bottle intending us to pag for a new bottle or replace it. the bottle was already 1/4th empty. this unprofessional and inappropriate behavior by the staff is very disappointing. i would surely not recommend mh friends to stay in your hotel until other near by options are not availableDigvijay Singh, 28 May
