5 FabulousI recently had the pleasure of staying at anurag residency in guwahati, and i must say it was an excellent experience! the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. the rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. i especially loved the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the place a warm and welcoming vibe. the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. the service was prompt and efficient, making the stay even more enjoyable. overall, anurag residencyis a fantastic choice for anyone visiting guwahati, whether for business or leisure. it offers great value for money and a memorable experience. i’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit!Bhargab Nath, 20 Jan

1 AverageI have booked 13 rooms in their hotel in 2024 august. until our vehicle reach their property they havent even informed us that the vehicle will not go till the hotel as the road work is going on. from that moment onwards we started facing the worst part of their management without any help offering 26 ladies to walk through the mud to reach their hotel. and their rooms smelled smoke and weed and not at all all fresh as their staff were using the rooms. 20 of us checked out the place that moment itself and the rest stayed as they dont have any option. then came their dinner menu, very costly and not worth a penny. i strongly suggest not to book this place and not to make a fool of your self and your moneyAppooppanthaadi, 11 Jan

1 AverageThis is the first time in my life that after booking a hotel with paid online i had to pay extra money to the property. how do you feel when you reached the hotel after booking a day in advance and paying the whole amount online and the property manager said that they have no room available? it was 9pm i guess.. after so much of argument, they told me that i had booked a hotel for less than the rent of their hotel, and therefore i had to pay another rs. 1000 extra to get a room.. where else can i look for a hotel at 9 pm?? so i had to pay the extra amount. even after booking the hotel with breakfast i had to pay the amount of breakfast that i had..Samar Borah, 16 May

5 FabulousI recently stayed at the hotel in guwahati with my family and i must say, it was absolutely a great experience. the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the rooms were clean, spacious enough, and very well-maintained. the staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, specially the manager mr. rabha was so kind and a gentleman. the location of the hotel is also perfect. overall was a great hotel to be in, must do visit.Argha Ghosh, 20 Jan

1 AverageThe staff executives were very rude and the receptionist did not behave professionally. also, the rooms were not at all up to the mark and needs a lot of maintenance. the bathroom door did not have a lock, the rooms were dark and damp and smells pathetic then a government hospital. i would never refer any of my friends or family for this property.Anupam Dey, 26 Oct
