1 AverageWorst service of fab hotels. i had booked 11 rooms through fab hotels 2 months ago and had made advance payment and they had also sent the confirmation, but at the time of check-in the hotel manager refused to give the room. fab hotels person again shifted to guest to another hotel & again the property owner said that i can give you 7 rooms only. there is no responsible person available from fab hotels. all the guests were very upset. please do not avail any services from fab hotels. this agency is fraud. they make fake commitments.Mohit Trivedi, 21 May

1 AverageVery bad experience. they have shown fake photos on web. moisture on wall, bad smell in room, poor service. they have given bad room and asked to cancel the booking we did online and give more money to book from them. it's a cheating with customer. we lost or money and didn't stay in this hotel. pls avoid this hotel and don't waste your hard earn money. uploading pics and videos for your reference.Neetu Singh, 11 Oct

4 Very GoodFound this hotel on fab hotels. booked this as it was close to the river n on the highway. the staff was polite and courteous even during the busy kanwar season and heavy rains. our room was neat n clean with proper bedding, sheets and towels. for the 1400, i paid for it, i didn't expect a large sized room with tables and sofa chairs and a balcony plus room service. their restaurant was decent too, we had our lunch n dinner there and food was good.Ritesh Jairaj, 16 Jul
