1 AverageI booked 3 hotel rooms through the fab hotel app at fab hotel city pride haridwar. despite selecting my preferences for parking, room size, and connectivity, i was denied a room upon arrival with my family due to city pride internal issues with fab hotel company. after a lengthy discussion with fab hotels representatives, they offered to relocate my booking to another hotel without proper amenities or suitable parking. the situation was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with elderly parents and small children in tow. i reluctantly agreed to the change but was dissatisfied with the alternative arrangements. i am disappointed with the lack of proper service and facilities and have requested a refund from fab hotels. i would not recommend using this app to others based on my experience.Abhishek Raj, 9 Jun

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 14 Jul

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 20 Sep
