The worst ever experience i had in my life. i was traveling with family and booked a room in this place for july 11,12 and 13, paid rs 936 as advised. i realised that booking is done in another office and has nothing to do with the property management. i asked for early check-in and was advised to talk to the property management. i called the reception and talked to them about it. they asked me to call on 10th july, which i did. they agreed, but after 10 pm they sent a message that there is no vacancy, and will get the room only after 12 noon. we were travelling from chennai and reached hyderabad by 5:30 am. we spent some time in railway station and decided to go to the hotel by 9:30. after reaching the property, the drama begins! there was no one at the reception. three families were waiting there. a cleaner approached me and i told him about check-in. he said the room will be ready in an hour's time. we waited for 45 minutes,, the other two families left. another person came (i think he is the office boy)to the reception and he said that it will take another hour to get the room. by 11 am another person came (i think he is the receptionist). he was the person who asked me to come in the morning. i asked about the situation and response was horrible. the worst ever behaviour a person can show to a client. he started arguing and was justifying himself without even making some alternative. the conversation ended up threatening us. it came to the verge of physical attack. we left the place immediately. i'm sure this place is not safe for families. no one is safe with the receptionist around. reviews were okay and opted for this place. my experience in this place is still haunting me. the worst ever experience in my life. while booking, what they say is not the reality. think twice before you book.

Roo. was neat and clean and service was very good. staffs were very kind and helpful and even the breakfast was very good. they provided dosa, poori, poha and bread and jam with tea. its really more than worth for people who stay for us interview who usually stay for a day or two

Booked this by seeing the good rating and reviews but honestly did not get what was expected. rooms look good in pictures but in real they are just like pg/hostel rooms. the bed linen and pillows did not seem clean enough but when i asked them to be changed i saw that all their stock is like that only. bathroom was really small in size and again not as clean as it should have been. there were no markets or restaurants nearby. had to walk at least 1km even to get a water bottle. overall, i would say you can book it to save some money but don’t expect anything slightly better than an oyo

The hotel’s pros - 1) location wise perfect, not exactly in mid of the financial district but quite easily walkable or an auto ride for rs 50 is enough. 2) tranquity in the nearby makes it perfect for stay specially for calm stay. 3) good wifi, drinking water facility on floor, clean room. 4) the rates are good in terms of nearby hotels cons - no such room service is there, no restaurant, the kitchen they offer from the beside pg and their menu is restricted and for food you need to heavily depend on zomato/ swiggy if dont want to get out

We had booked this room online and also had informed about early checkin at 8 am. we informed it to them the previous night only while we were travelling from bangalore and they said ok. but when we arrived at the hotel they asked us to wait for 3-4 hours. !! we had 2 kids and 2 rooms we booked. we asked atleast 1 room to provide for the kids. they dint provide. they could have told previous night only when i called them. ended up in staying another hotel even though paid entirely here. pathetic service by the hotel.

I booked a deluxe room for 3 days through booking.com but the room provided at was not a deluxe room and not even a toothbrush was provided. the room was a congested one and not conforming to the size promised. the bed sheet and clean and used were not at all clean. i could not sleep for 2 days due to mosquitoes and therefore shifted to another hotel. the breakfast/dinner provided was very minimal that too was served on paper plate and therefore i didn't take the food at all.

We had reserved rooms in fabhotel blue dawn.. we had booked from 31st dec as guided by customer service as we were reaching hotel at 7 am next day the reception asked us to pay 590 extra.. when we were not willing to pay he immediately told that room is not available. this was very difficult.. we were traveling with an infant. and hotel tried to exhort money from us. please enquire customer service later transferred is to broholic suits .. which was 10kms away from our office

Value for money. extremely satisfied with the service, location and food served here. outside of this place wherever i tried food, it was too spicy.. for all the 3 days i stayed here i felt like i was having a home prepared food. hence i had dinner also here. location is just 2 km from consulate. uber is accessible within 5 min. i reached here around 10 on clock and luckily room was available but they haven't charged for early check-in. keep up the service.
