FabHotel Golden Gate

Room and washrooms are not clean. bedsheets had stains and holes in them. the property looked to be very old. wifi was very weak/didn't work at times. staff were quite hospitable and tried to help as much as they could. but the property is definitely not worth the price paid.

Decent rooms but bathroom fittings worn out. the taps were literally falling apart with missing button for shower. the hotel denied check in as the fare quoted/paid on fabhotel app was lower that hotels expectations. they made me call fabhotel customer care and asked excess fare to be credited to hotel from fabhotels. only then was i allowed to check in. i lost critical 30 mins in the process as i scheduled meetings. fabhotels should note this.

Worst room i had ever take. nothing is working in the room, untidy, zero maintaince, and the person incharge there will ask for additional charges other than the booking amount orelse he wil day will give the room. for families don't ever consider this

Very important !!! i booked room in golden gate hotel thru fab customer help. during booking i requested for early check in , they accepted by request and conformed early check in with out any extra charges after consulting hotel manager and according i paid 25% advance for conformation. when i reached hotel, i surprised, hotel manager said early check is not accepted and demanded extra 400 inr for early check in. i called fab customer care, they also changed there words and told to pay extra charges to hotel and adviced to negotiate with hotel manager. this shows 3rd class mentality of fab service and hotel so, friends don't chose this type of 3rd class serviceses. hotel persones behavior is also not good. not secure to stay family's and decent persons. i quit from that hotel and check in done in another hotel. 25 % paid amount is also not refunded by fab hotel, they said booking amount is not refundable. so, don't chose this type of options while booking hotel and get cheated. 4.3 rating showing to this hotel is a joke majority reviews are paid and fake reviews . my booking id.: mqifvp date of booking 17-aug-24

Room are not cleaned. bathrooms are dirty and even bathrooms fittings, buckets and shower not at all working properly. you can’t touch anything inside bathrooms very dirty not at all cleaning. specially fab express is one of the worst service provider. i will not recommend anyone to stay here for this price. while hotel booking fab express will give all promises like hotel having all amenities, when you reach hotel you find only a room with four walls with dirty attached bathrooms no amenities. for example my case they said electric kettle available in room itself, after i reach hotel receptionist said kettle not only available in room whole hotel and no hot water. i called the customer care at the time fab express keep discussing with hotel finally said sorry. then i couldn’t concentrate that much on the issue because of my business work. but i shuffer a lot for hot water.
