5 FabulousI had an awesome experience here at this fabhotel arastu plaza! the receptionists, particularly fazal was so sweet to talk to and told me many things about here. i also enjoyed the food at the restaurant next to the hotel. the other staffs were also really nice people. felt a 100% hospitality!!あろは福山, 28 Aug

1 AverageMy experience with the stay was quite disappointing overall. the headboard of the bed was untidy, and the bedding provided was torn and unclean that they changed after our request. the washroom area was extremely small and congested, making it uncomfortable to use. the quality of the vegetarian food was also unsatisfactory. in particular, the fried rice had half-cooked vegetables, which was quite off-putting. additionally, i had to call multiple times from around 8:40 pm to 10:00 pm to provide an extra mattress for our room which was already added during my hotel booking, and it was finally provided after 10:00 pm, which reflects poorly on the room service responsiveness. the only positive aspect of our stay was the receptionist on duty during the 7:00 pm shift. he was courteous, helpful, and provided valuable suggestions for exploring the local area.Pallavi Yadav, 6 Jul

1 AverageWe will never suggests anyone to stay in this hotel. do believe photos in website. room are not much clean. its average. staffs also. paste and other toilets things will not provided by hotel. if you ask they will ask money for all the things. and early checkin charges are very high and the fab executive is gave different information. please don't book hotel in fabhotel. if you fond any issued fab executive will not support.Sunil Raj T R, 26 May

4 Very GoodAgent himanshu was very supportive, hence 5 stars. location is very much in market area and crowded traffic. the hotel manager was very clever and gave us the delux room initially even though the booking was for premium room. after i spoke with himanshu, he guided to shift to premium room as per the booking. be careful when anyone is visiting this hotel....Sonali Shripurwar, 24 May

1 AverageWe booked 5 rooms. the hotel initially gave us rooms on a dirty 1st floor—no ac, terrible smell, cockroaches, no cleaning. despite repeated polite requests, management didn’t respond until two telangana police officers intervened and got us clean 4th-floor rooms. no basic amenities were provided despite daily requests. completely ruined our impression of hyderabad. booking ids: h31iop & iet1f8.Najmal Syed, 20 May
