The staff was very rude in approaching the customer. there was no toothpaste in the bathroom. the rooms floor was very sticky and weird. the corner had spitting walls.

I liked the hotel very good. this is myb3rd visit to this hotel. all the staffs are very supportive and helpful. all 3 staffs md. babu alam, mr. pintu & mr. vishal are very supportive and have a pleasant behaviour towards the customers. i hope i should again this hotel for stay in my next visit.

Rooms are average. bathrooms are not good. toilet shower is broken. location of hotel is very bad. lots of garbage around hotel premises in street too much bad smell in street.

It's a one of my life worst case scenario of my life. choosing the stay at fab hotel eminent suites at banjara hills hyderabad was a biggest mistake. the location feels like i am in some slum and near to dumping yard, that bad was the place and smell. rooms were so unhygienic and service was worst. staff would not provide atleast a complementary water bottle.the ac was on fixed temperature 24, when i asked about the remote no one responded from the front desk. no room service was done as i was stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights without having a choice, as the payment was already done and there was no refund at all. overall i personally suggest not to choose this hotel and don't make your life restless after reaching hotel to take some rest.

Hotel review: terrible experience with early check-in policy i had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. being new to the city and arriving just an hour before the check-in time, i was shocked when they demanded an extra ₹1000 for early check-in. despite explaining my situation—i was shivering and sitting outside—they refused to accommodate me without the extra charge. this lack of empathy and rigid policy left a bad impression. that said, i will give credit where it’s due—the staff was helpful once i checked in, and the cleanliness and amenities were up to the mark. however, the early check-in charge overshadowed the positives. it felt like they prioritized profit over guest comfort, which was very disappointing. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re okay with such policies.
