2 AverageInitially i had booked for another fabhotels property but later i was informed of a change in property. the location was centrally located and great. on reaching the hotel nobody was bothered to process the check in formalities. the rooms were shabby. washrooms not cleaned. cockroaches emerging in between. very disappointing, never book fabhotels.Jagdish Agaskar, 23 Feb

1 AverageRoom was dirty and had cockroaches. the toilet shower and the light in a washroom were broken. nearby bus station. but noisy street. we arrived at 5am, reception was working, but an administrator tried to cheat on pricing (asked for 3000 while price on booking/agoda/etc was less than 1700, finally we bargained at 2000). positive reviews are probably forged.Ilya Vorontsov, 30 Dec

2 AverageStaffs are kind but the hotel is not clean. cockroachs came. i changed the room once, but the next and nede next room were also same. they don't have spray. i came back to the room evening, and it was on the bed. to be honest, i stayed here instead of my booked hotel. because the hotel i booked had lift problem. staffs suppots are very nice. but hotel's cleanliness and hygiene are lowest. i will never come here again.多田梓, 20 Oct

1 AverageWish google also had 0 star option. we booked it through the fab hotel website. the images shown on their website and the reality are far apart. rooms are as small as a matchbox, bathrooms too. bedsheets were smelly, door mats dirty, roaches in the bathroom as well as on the bed, floor not mopped, walls seeped in water, hot water geyser non operational, furniture dusty and greasy. reception and floor lobby were leaking after a light rain, they had put the same floor mats in the lobby to soak rain water as used in the rooms which made the lobby more water logged . overall a very unhygienic experience. we had booked including breakfast but were initially denied. the fab hotel executive was non responsive and could only help us with the breakfast upon request. the price too high for the service and ambience and facilities the hotel provides. worst experience ever in all of my travels. would not recommended at all. please be aware and read reviews before booking.Idris Rampurawala, 5 Jul
