Room and washroom was very dirty, basic animity like drinking water, towel , handwash, sope not available in the room, staff is not co operative. i request multipal time for towel and sope but they are not provided. room are very congested also . tv available but without remote, lanline phone not working.

Wish google also had 0 star option. we booked it through the fab hotel website. the images shown on their website and the reality are far apart. rooms are as small as a matchbox, bathrooms too. bedsheets were smelly, door mats dirty, roaches in the bathroom as well as on the bed, floor not mopped, walls seeped in water, hot water geyser non operational, furniture dusty and greasy. reception and floor lobby were leaking after a light rain, they had put the same floor mats in the lobby to soak rain water as used in the rooms which made the lobby more water logged . overall a very unhygienic experience.
we had booked including breakfast but were initially denied. the fab hotel executive was non responsive and could only help us with the breakfast upon request. the price too high for the service and ambience and facilities the hotel provides.
worst experience ever in all of my travels.
would not recommended at all. please be aware and read reviews before booking.

We had requested an early check-in, which was approved and paid for when we spoke with fab hotel customer care. however, upon reaching the hotel, the morning in-charge denied our request, demanded extra payment, and spoke to us rudely, refusing to allow us to check-in despite the payment being made. attempts to contact the fab hotel customer care representative who booked the hotel were unsuccessful, as she did not answer calls and only read messages on whatsapp without providing assistance.
after some struggle, we managed to secure our early check-in. however, regarding the room, it was quite small, and the air conditioner was improperly placed near the wash area. despite setting the ac to 18°c throughout the day, we still did not feel adequate cooling while on the bed.

I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the deplorable conditions in my room [302] during my recent stay at your hotel. on 15 nov 2024 i found a dead rat on my bed, which was traumatic and unacceptable.
to make matters worse, i was not provided with basic room services like:
- drinking water
- bath towels
- toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.)
this is a clear failure on the part of your hotel to provide a safe and comfortable environment for your guests. i demand a full refund for my stay and compensation for the distress and discomfort caused.
i expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. if not, i will be forced to take my business elsewhere and share my horrific experience with friends, family, and online review platforms.

Room: not cleaned properly. cigarette sticks lying around. felt very stingy. towels were provided after 2 reminders. the room phone was not working. no tv subscription, only you tube was working.
food: the kitchen was closed. with tariffs including breakfast, none was available. don't know from which outlet they might have provided the same. this is very unprofessional.
hotel in general: the corridors were not clean and dirty dishes were lying on common stairs. they looked like they were lying there for ages.
with the above experience, i am not planning to stay in any other fab hotel without an in person inspection or live videos.

My booking id ;=83g6j3 . i checked in around 8am by paying extra 500, total amount of around rs.2600 approx . the rooms are so shabby, unclean toilet, shanty room. complimentary bf was i think sourced from road side vendor, packed in news paper. i didn't hv breakfast, promptly returned it back. finally checked out by around 2.30pm or so. i need at refunfs. how can fab hotels recommend such hotels. for rs2600 i could have got a very good hotel elsewhere. we went through your portal only believing fab hotel. also smell of cigarettes every where in lifts, reception, corridors etc. total disappointed.
