Receptionist behaviour was reckless when iam booked in online they said why you book in online like reckless way the way receptionist treated me was so bad he try to catch the money in counter that's not safe for new customers.... receptionist choosen only high payments by the new persons reckless behaviour by receptionist

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some positives, there were also some significant drawbacks. room quality the rooms were not up to par considering the price. the blankets and pillow covers were very old and could have been replaced. the bathroom was also a letdown - the shower wasn't working properly, and the shutoff spray was a bit of an issue. amenities the ac was working, but it wasn't cooling the room properly. this was a bit of a disappointment, especially considering the hot weather. food and staff on the plus side, the restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. however, i did have a bit of a negative experience with the lady receptionist. location the location of the hotel was excellent - it's very close to secunderabad railway station, secunderabad west metro station, and the bus station. this made it easy to get around the city. overall while the hotel had some positives, the room quality and amenities were not up to par. with a bit of improvement in these areas, this hotel could be a great option for travelers.

The service is pathetic. when we went to check-in, the rooms were not ready. they took us to 3 different rooms and none of them were ready. after a few angry sermons from my end, they finnally gave a room but even this room was not good in terms of basic hygiene. the location link provided was wrong. i can go on and on.

Rooms are very dirty,service very poor ,no hygiene at all for staffs and rooms.lines are full stains and dirty.ac not working.overall very bad experience. what in the website not exactly there and people who looks pictures after book the rooms … please don’t expect the same

The access road to the hotel is very bad because of nearness to the railway station. the rooms are ok. but clearing garbage from room, change of sheets are not done on daily basis for those guests staying for more than one day. if you are a morning bird, you are in trouble. the room service for coffee or tea does not start before 07 30. luckily two tea stalls are available opposite to the hotel for coffee or tea. a notice board in placed asking guests not to waste water!. but to get hot water for bathing, one has to let go 3 buckets of water because of solar plant for the entire hotel. the management has to think of laying more pipes for individual floors.
