⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ excellent stay at rk review hotel! i had an absolutely fantastic experience at rk review hotel! from the moment i arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. the check-in process was smooth and quick, and i was pleasantly surprised by how spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated my room was. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and i appreciated the attention to detail—fresh linens, complimentary bottled water, and a perfectly stocked mini-bar. the housekeeping team did an outstanding job throughout my stay. the hotel's restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options. breakfast was especially delightful with both local and international dishes available. room service was prompt and courteous too. what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. every staff member i interacted with went above and beyond to ensure i was comfortable and had everything i needed. highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. i will definitely be returning to rk review hotel on my next visit!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable experiences i had during my stay at your hotel. 1. unethical early check-in charges: despite a prior agreement that no additional charges would be applied for early check-in, i was charged extra. this is highly unprofessional and misleading. 2. inappropriate conduct by staff: it is deeply concerning that the watchman entered my room in my absence. furthermore, he instructed housekeeping staff not to change the bedding while they were in the process of doing so. this behaviour is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about guest privacy and safety. 3. missing toiletries and unfulfilled promise: during my stay, essential toiletries were missing from my room. when i requested them, the staff assured me they would be provided, but despite my repeated requests over the course of three days, they were never delivered. this level of neglect is unacceptable and disappointing.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and i must say i was quite disappointed with the overall experience. the service provided was far from satisfactory, especially considering the high charges. firstly, the hotel did not provide complimentary drinking water, which is a basic necessity. when i inquired, i was told it wasn't included—something i find unreasonable given the premium pricing. the toiletries offered were minimal—a small bar of soap was the only item provided. there was no hand wash, body wash, or other essentials that guests typically expect. additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like glasses or cups, making the stay even more inconvenient. i have stayed at treebo hotels in the past, and they provide excellent service with all the necessary amenities at a much more reasonable cost. unfortunately, my experience at your hotel did not meet those standards.

Worst ever experience i ever had..... unhygienic, dirty washroom, uncleaned bedsheets and blanket.... rude staff no facility provided, also to pay more than the actual price we booked at even far away from all the location and transport services
