FabHotel Rooms 27

Room was clean and very spacious .best if you want to stay with family. owner was too nice and allowed me to stay with my parents even though i booked for 2 as my pg is near to that location.

For the price, fabhotel rooms27 is excellent. you get a proper room, good cleanliness, and a calm environment. much better than many hotels in this range.

Stayed at fabhotel rooms27 for two nights. clean room, comfortable bed, and quick check-in. everything worked as expected. no complaints at all.

We went to the hotel at night 12. all lights were off. so scary and shady. no decent people with family would go and stay there. horrible place. once booking is done through booking partners, fabhotel people will call asking for money to confirm the booking. please don’t do the same mistake as me making the payments.

Stayed for 5 days, here is my review - google map location is accurate, rooms are good, airy and of decent size. staff is polite and accomodating. hotel feels new, clean and well managed, no on - site restaurant however breakfast is provided if included. we have not chosen the same yet the staff asked us and arranged the same (at a small price). there is a vending machine to buy munchies, cup noodles and other snacks. electric kettle was available in our room but no tea/coffee/milk sachet. mosquito vaporizer is provided in room but we didn't needed it. there are number of eateries around the hotel within 1 km area so food is not an issue. swiggy/zomato is allowed to deliver food. wifi is available on each floor, they have installed multiple routers for the same. nearest metro area hitech city and durgam cheruvu and are within walking distance . the nearby area is surrounded by multiple coaching centers and pg's yet didn't feel crowded. overall we had a good, pleasurable stay.

I had booked one room last week. i booked the room through customer care. i wanted the room at 6 in the morning and the person who spoke to me said that i will get the room at the preferred time and he insisted me to pay advance amount and i paid. but after going to the location the people in charge there said that they had no information about my requirements and made me to pay more for the stay. when enquired about this in the customer care the lady said that there is no such facility to give early check in. and the location is also remote. can’t stay with family. also they don’t provide the information like hotel location and contract no. of the property. only after getting there we can know about the details. very worst experience in my entire life. i suggest not to go to this group of hotels. you can get better options.
