Unruly staff, hopeless location, bad rooms & zero amenities. don't book this place using website. it is not even 10% of what is shown on the site. no restaurant at all.

Terrible experience. i would stay away from hotels like these. my booking was confirmed from mmt which was for a patient booked in emergency. when we called them before reaching they said they are sold out and how can i get booking and to further check with mmt. we then reached the hotel and was told that booking is cancelled. they spoke very rudely. i contacted mmt support and had to be on call for more than 30mins for the issue to be resolved. the hotel reception then said that don’t book online and book directly from them. if this is the case then i would ask mmt to remove such hotels from their portal. customers should not have to pay the price for such issues. it honestly reflects bad on mmt eventually.

Pretty bad experience. room size doesn't justify the price paid. not able to lock the bathroom door, moreover the geyser was not working, wifi is not working, had to call the reception continuously for wifi access. mobile network issue was there so we had to rely on the wifi. okay for bachelors but won't recommend this property for family stay.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at this hotel, and i must say, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. i strongly advise against booking a stay here, as there are several issues that made my stay far from enjoyable. first and foremost, cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at any hotel. unfortunately, the bed sheets in my room were not clean, and the overall hygiene of the room left much to be desired. this alone is enough to make any guest uncomfortable and dissatisfied. furthermore, reaching the hotel was a challenging task in itself. the location seemed to be in an inconvenient and hard-to-access area, making it quite the hassle to find and reach. a hotel's accessibility is crucial, and this one certainly fell short in that regard. the staff's lack of support and helpfulness added to the frustration. i encountered uncooperative and unresponsive staff members who didn't seem to care about the guests' needs. this lack of professionalism and attentiveness is a significant drawback for any establishment. the bathroom in my room was incredibly small, creating an uncomfortable and cramped experience. this is not what one expects from a hotel that claims to offer quality accommodations. perhaps the most concerning issue was the safety aspect. i felt uneasy during my entire stay due to what appeared to be safety concerns. feeling secure should be a top priority for any hotel, and this one clearly missed the mark. to make matters worse, during my stay, there was a mosquito state conference happening in the parking area, and the hotel was serving food in that same space. this not only seemed unhygienic but also raised concerns about the overall environment and atmosphere of the hotel. given all these problems, i urge you not to book this hotel. it is a subpar establishment that does not meet even the most basic standards for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. look elsewhere for accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, accessibility, supportive staff, safety, and overall guest satisfaction. your travel experience will be much better served by avoiding this disappointing hotel.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at fabhotel serenity hyderabad , and i feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from facing a similar situation. i was traveling with my elderly parents, both over 65 and with heart conditions, which made our stay particularly challenging. prior to our arrival, i communicated with the sales team and booked a room for three people, specifically requesting a larger, spacious room with an additional bed. i was assured that this would be accommodated, and i was charged accordingly. however, upon our arrival late at night, we were shocked to find that the room was only suitable for two people. it was extremely crampedbarely enough space for even one large suitcase. this was unacceptable, especially considering my parents' age and health concerns. after waiting in the lobby for an exhausting 1.5 hours and making numerous calls to customer care, we were finally offered an additional room. however, by then, the situation had already caused significant stress for my parents and me. ultimately, i decided to check out early the next morning and relocate to another hotel, even though it was far from our intended destination. this experience was not just inconvenient; it was deeply frustrating and concerning for my family's well-being. i sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously to avoid putting future guests in such a distressing situation. i cannot recommend based on my experience, and i urge others to consider their options carefully.

Absolute scam and pathetic experience. i called fabhotel serenity in advance and confirmed early check-in. they said it was possible only if i booked through their web app (even quoted a higher price than makemytrip, but i still agreed for early check-in). when i arrived at the hotel, they made me wait for 20 minutes and then shamelessly demanded extra charges for early check-in — despite the prior confirmation. i even got the fabhotel representative on call, but the receptionist still refused to let me check-in unless i paid more. after paying again, i was shocked to see the room — it smelled absolutely foul, like a sewer. it was disgusting beyond words. the condition of the room was so bad that i immediately left, came back at night just to pick up my stuff, and checked out without even staying a full night. this place is a scam. zero professionalism. zero accountability. stay far away if you value your money, hygiene, and basic respect as a customer.
