1 AverageIn our 3 days stay, the lift wasn't working so we had to climb 6 whole floors all these days and it was really tiring. there was a train track right behind our room and it was too loud and we could barely sleep at night. ac was leaking. shower gun in the washroom was almost broken and all the taps were rusty. towels were not changed everyday, for 3 days we had to only manage with 5 (3 people). only the breakfast was good, but very limited , very few varieties. homely food but not many options.Ravindranath Kamat, 19 Oct

3 GoodThe room was never cleaned in my stay of 3 days even after asking. the room was very small in comparison to what was shown in the photos. only one day breakfast was provided , which was only idli and chutney (very spicy) . no tea/coffee included in breakfast. no complimentary packaged water was provided. only one towel was provided. toiletries (brush, soap) was provided after asking for it. no tissue roll in toilet. the location of the property was okay, but the hotel was built on a terrace of an old building which was just next to the khairatabad metro rail.Vijay, 10 May

1 AverageFirst thing i would like to point is the picture shown of the hotel is ai made and that hotel is only on 6th floor, 2nd thing is they only have one type of room no deluxe, no king only standard, i feel like i am being cheated, will not book again from booking.com, no support from you, no way to talk with you or chat support, terrible services.Amritpal Singh, 8 Jun

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Ranjit Singh, 5 Feb
