FabHotel WR Grand I

It was a very nice place. the staff approached people politely, and everything was safe and well maintained. electricity, cleanliness, and facilities were all good. i recommend everyone to check out fabhotels — it’s one of the best.

It was great stay the rooms are good and hygiene and the service of the staff also good i have stayed with family. i visited the hotel twice with family once and with friends once looking for good and best hotel have a look

Overall good experience quite clean room tv not working multiple of time i face lift issue bcz lift run till 2 floor no kitchen available

Do not book any room in this hotel. although the hotel mentions that breakfast is included, this is completely false. they do not provide breakfast at all. during my entire 3-day stay, no breakfast was served. if you decide to book a room here, do not choose the option with breakfast—it’s misleading. very disappointing and feels like a fraud.

One star for location one star for front desk rest is super bad. the heater doesn't work when i was in a rush to go out in the morning. the staff member seems to be nice but changing that at last minute is anyway not helpful so i dint bother asking. the initial room was super unheigenic and on request they changed it. no standard bathroom kit was provided. bedsheet was torn positives + location front desk staff is friendly im giving 3 stars as i was there with friends and we dint bother too much. no way i would take my family there.

I would like to give a complete 4 star to this place. but, i couldn't as there are lots of short falls. i booked this hotel online and visited to check their rooms before paying that too 10 days in advance. the showed me a bunker room without windows and ventilation (room 202), which i rejected. then they showed me room 204 which was ok. but when i visited on the booking day they gave room 501 which had water problem. and the ac in this room poured out water instead. so i have to pester the for a good room. then, they gave me room 303 which had a balcony too. the rooms and linens are clean. but for a twin room with a balcony, there was no furniture for sitting and relaxing except a single chair. nothing came complimentary for the rs. 2500 + taxes i paid per day. they had body wash in a dispenser in the bathroom, nothing else. you don't even get water and also a glass to drink. the complimentary breakfast is a scam, you will get one plate of either idli or vada or dosa or poori (1 item, 1 plate). don't compare it with complimentary buffet breakfast you usually get. above all this hotel runs with two names fabhotel wr grand i in the internet and white ridge luxury rooms in their sign boards. they basically rely on the patients and their companions who visit the nearby apollo hospitals. but it's in the city centre and everything else is cloeby. remember you have to pester them and see every room to get a good room.
