Overall good experience quite clean room tv not working multiple of time i face lift issue bcz lift run till 2 floor no kitchen available

It was very comfortable to stay with family there.

Hi i'm kavya i don't want to give even one star.... i was booked delux room but they had given me the normal room and for that they are saying it's a super deluxe i was shocked by imagining a delux room..... i met 3 people in lift in one day and they were felt the same coming to hygiene it's tooo bad in my room they kept wet towel and bad smell i got sick and about room broken wall, ac sounds like a train there is no proper lock to bathroom door buckets were too muddy sometimes lift will also stop like their hotel i used to travel many states and countries.... it is the most worst place and experience i ever had

I would like to give a complete 4 star to this place. but, i couldn't as there are lots of short falls. i booked this hotel online and visited to check their rooms before paying that too 10 days in advance. the showed me a bunker room without windows and ventilation (room 202), which i rejected. then they showed me room 204 which was ok. but when i visited on the booking day they gave room 501 which had water problem. and the ac in this room poured out water instead. so i have to pester the for a good room. then, they gave me room 303 which had a balcony too. the rooms and linens are clean. but for a twin room with a balcony, there was no furniture for sitting and relaxing except a single chair. nothing came complimentary for the rs. 2500 + taxes i paid per day. they had body wash in a dispenser in the bathroom, nothing else. you don't even get water and also a glass to drink. the complimentary breakfast is a scam, you will get one plate of either idli or vada or dosa or poori (1 item, 1 plate). don't compare it with complimentary buffet breakfast you usually get. above all this hotel runs with two names fabhotel wr grand i in the internet and white ridge luxury rooms in their sign boards. they basically rely on the patients and their companions who visit the nearby apollo hospitals. but it's in the city centre and everything else is cloeby. remember you have to pester them and see every room to get a good room.

We had check-in at this fab hotel on 27th december. while we were on the way to our room, we got a call from the fab hotel reception and they have informed us that there has been a water leakage on the floor due to which we were shifted to another hotel. we were not that comfortable with the last minute change but we somehow went to 'oyo townhouse' which was the new hotel where we were shifted. i was concerned about the rooms and how they would be but sravan goud, the receptionist, received us well and co-operated with us. the rooms were very clean, professional and the staff service has been excellent bring us our needs. we needed an extra mattress for our driver and we were provided with that too at no extra cost. bathrooms could have been a bit clean and shower gel was missing which was anyways provided by staff to us. this is the review of oyo townhouse but not to fab hotels since i didn't stay in fab hotel
