FabHotel Balaji Paradise

Stay at the hotel was absolute value for money...staff was very well trained, quick and soft spoken...hotel cleanliness was upto the mark...good satisfied stay

Worst and most frustrating experience ever. they overbooked the hotel and cancelled our reservation without any prior notice. when we reached the property, they simply said the hotel was “sold out.” we had booked through booking.com and had even paid the confirmation amount directly to fab hotels, yet the refund is still not processed.(not sure if fraud or scam) we were standing outside the hotel with a child at 9 pm, continuously calling booking.com and fab hotels’ helpline for more than an hour and a half, but nobody took responsibility or even cared to understand the inconvenience caused to us. never choosing fab hotels again. attaching booking details below so that balaji paradise cannot deny this incident.

Ok ok experience. comfortable rooms with cleanliness. but some amenities and services could be improved like for wifi , need to call and get a voucher code once it gets disconnected. no bathroom supplies provided

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an absolutely terrible experience with the staff. from the moment i arrived, the hotel staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. they seemed to be completely disinterested in providing any level of customer service and went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome. the check-in process was a complete nightmare. the staff member who assisted me was impatient and short with me, barely acknowledging my presence and seemingly annoyed that i was even there. when i asked a few questions about the amenities and local area, they responded with a bored tone and didn't even look at me. it was clear that they just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. the poor attitude of the staff continued throughout my stay. when i needed assistance with my room, they were slow to respond and acted as if it was an inconvenience. they were not accommodating at all, and i felt as if i was inconveniencing them with even the simplest requests. overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. the staff's terrible attitudes and lack of customer service made my stay incredibly unpleasant. if you're looking for a hotel with friendly and helpful staff, look elsewhere.
