I loved the service of this hotel. i and my friend had a wonderful experience here. receptionist was of great support. clean , hygenic and good staff

Staffs behaviour is excellent. they are providing very good service with respect and regards.room service are excellent.recommended for increasing salary of all staffs including manager. special remarks - it is better to arrange fooding arrangment within this hotel as earlier it is available. this is my 4th time visit. thanks.

The room size was decent. but the state of cleanliness and hygiene standards are very poor. basic utility such as kettle is not provided in the room. the standard of linen ,bedsheets and towels are sub standard and we're probably not replaced. the hotel is located in a bussy junction wit lot of traffic and noise. for sure you will not get proper sleep / rest.

I had booked this hotel through makemytrip specifically for four people (two adults and two children). however, upon arrival, i was informed that the room was only set up for two guests. as i had an early-morning flight and was travelling with my family and luggage, it was not practical to look for alternative accommodation at that time. i was therefore required to pay an additional ₹500 at the reception to receive two extra mattresses placed on the floor. unfortunately, the room and washroom were not very clean, which was disappointing. the only positive aspect of my stay was that i was able to get a cup of tea through room service at around 6:15 a.m.

⦁ high room charges: the cost is significantly higher than justified by the room's quality and condition. this is a major concern. ⦁ poor mattress condition: old, worn mattresses with exposed springs pose a comfort and safety hazard. this is unacceptable and should be immediately addressed. ⦁ lack of parking: the lack of on-site parking necessitates street parking, creating constant inconvenience and potentially problematic situations, especially during busy periods. ⦁ below-average rooms & amenities: rooms are significantly below average, indicating neglect in upkeep and maintenance. specific issues beyond the mattresses need to be highlighted (e.g., bathroom condition, furniture condition, cleanliness). ⦁ old bedding and furnishings: the outdated bedding and general condition of furnishings reinforce the overall impression of poor maintenance. ⦁ misleading online representation: the hotel's online photos significantly misrepresent the actual condition of the rooms. a discrepancy of approximately 50% between the advertised condition and the reality is unacceptable. this constitutes deceptive marketing and false advertising. overall: the combination of inflated prices, subpar accommodation, a lack of parking, and misleading online imagery makes this hotel a very poor choice. the proximity to the airport does not compensate for the significant shortcomings. i strongly advise potential guests to avoid this hotel until significant improvements are made. a thorough inspection of the rooms and an update to the online photos are essential before anyone should consider booking here.
