Very disappointing stay – not recommended for families my experience at this hotel was quite poor and disappointing. the response from the staff was extremely cold and unwelcoming. most of the time, there was no one available at the reception to attend to guests. this made even basic requests inconvenient and frustrating. the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of an unattractive commercial complex, and the only access is via a lift from the ground floor, which does not create a good first impression. the rooms are just about okay, nothing exceptional. however, basic amenities were missing: no kettle in the room only one towel provided no toiletries what made things worse is that the geyser and ac are controlled from the reception. you have to request them to switch it on — but since no one is usually present at reception, this becomes a major inconvenience. although a notice at reception clearly states that outside food is not allowed, there was hardly anyone in the kitchen to serve food promptly. tea was acceptable, but the food quality was poor. overall, this hotel is definitely not suitable for family travel. i would strongly advise others to look for better options. a big no from my side.

Hi , im dheeraj my experience was terrible in this hotel . first of all no toiletries in the wash room despite asking too they gave us one towel and it was the roughest towel in the world but the service was even worse they charged me money for my two kids even though i mentioned it in my makemytrip booking. and after that when i asked for a extra mattress for the kids. the charged me rs.500 who charges that then when i got the mattress they were saying that i did’nt pay how would they give me the mattress if i didnt pay.

Rooms and washrooms are good as per the price. breakfast is very bad only poha, 1 bread, 1 fruit and tea. there is not much option. hotel location is not so good, you need to park vehicle own risk

The hotel is running under the brand of fabhotel... the hotel dont have the required facilities. once power cut there is no option for even to charge a mobile phone. hot water also not available once the power cut. they dont provide water with complementary breakfast. the breakfast is as per the hotel's choice. fabhotel must review if the hotel maintain the minimum standards. the online booking platforms also check before suggesting such hotel. its very disappointing. one check out you need to come down through stairs with your own luggage.

Booked 2 rooms for 1 night stay here. rooms were clean and decent. except that few electric ports were not working which was minor issue. hot water was instant available in bathroom. food ordered was good in taste and quick check in was done at reception based on our request as we had long journey and were really tired and exhausted.
