1 AverageThe room was not at all up to the mark and completely different from the pictures shown online, which is misleading. the ac was making loud continuous noise, the room was poorly maintained, and overall cleanliness and upkeep were unacceptable. because of these issues, i checked out within 1 hour of check-in on 4 march, even though my booking was till 6 march. the room was simply unfit to stay. would not recommend this hotel unless basic maintenance, honesty in listings, and service quality are seriously improved.Nikhil Kumar Singh, 4 Mar

1 AverageI booked an executive room for one day on 14th january 2026. unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. the room was located next to the pantry, which caused constant disturbance. phone calls for food orders from across the hotel kept coming until late night, and the noise was clearly audible inside the room. this made it very difficult to rest, and my sleep was repeatedly disturbed. additionally, the hotel management was not guest-friendly. the staff appeared uninterested in serving customers and lacked basic hospitality manners. i found their behavior rude and unprofessional. when you are in the service industry, knowing how to treat and respect customers is essential. sadly, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations in terms of comfort and service.Hemal Gandhi, 16 Jan

5 FabulousThis is a fantastic hotel. our room was very comfortable. the hotel is convenient to the central area of indore. the best part of the hotel is amazing staff, prompt services and delicious food. we stay for around 5 days. friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile.Debashis Tripathy, 6 Jan

2 AverageThe room’s flooring wasn’t clean enough to deserve more than 3 points, and even that is on the higher side. the room sizes were just manageable and very small, plus do not justify this pricing at all. it should not cost more than rs. 1,000; paying about double is not worth it. so, negotiate accordingly. regarding the service, even warm water wasn’t available. if you are visiting with your child, think twice—especially during the winter season. although the privation is very good, but not being maintained properly. the property facade is the only aspect that looks somewhat premium; otherwise, everything else is average or below average.An G, 1 Dec

3.5 GoodFirstly and most importantly, the hotel staff was non-cooperative and insensitive. being a lady senior citizen, i needed a cab for dropping me to the indore railways station at night around 9:30 pm. i requested the hotel staff to arrange for an uber or ola cab but they refused straightaway and instead offered to arrange a pre-paid cab which costed me almost double the tariff than an uber or ola cab. all of your staff had smartphones and they could have easily used the uber or ola app on their smartphones to book a uber or ola cab for me...it was a few taps for them on their smartphones but they refused inspite of my repeated requests for helping me out. you should give this feedback to your staff and train them better on sensitivity and try to inculcate an attitude of "always ready to help the guest(s)" especially in case of lady senior citizens. secondly, your room tariffs are quite high as compared to other hotels in your neighborhood and in surrounding areas. also, your overall service and staff is not upto the standards as it should be considering your comparatively high room tariffs. please consider this feeback from your guest and do something constructive to improve on these issues in the future. thank you!Pradeep Bakshi, 11 Feb
