Before this stay i believed @fabhotel to be fab , but now i feel like it should be renamed as worst chain of hotels with goons like staff , with no etiquette to talk and behave .
if a guest (like me ) whose tarrif was reduced by fab in promotional offer , they act as if i m working for them and i m staying for free.
first during check in , his pathetic tone of talking , rude behaviour ... like "yanha sign karo " , chale jao room par etc ..
i asked to change the dirty quilt cover, and he gave such response in words over phone as if ( mr. narayan ) he is doing a favour and i work under him.
in a hotel when you have to request for basic amenities to a rude , pathetic , untrained person and that too he is offering as if i m staying in hotel for free
for water i have to ask him , than he provided half litre water bottle and when i asked him for a litre , mr. narayan - itna hi milta hai , dekhta hoon main
(as if i dont know , as if i m staying first time in fab)
television -no channel was working , i complained ,nothing happened for half an hour
on asking receptionist- karwa toh ra hoon na , ruko toh
setup box got changed but still nothing worked ,not even free channels (i have video recorded )
i complained so receptionist - jo pack hai utna hi chalega , baki mujhe nhi pata ......nothing happened , it didn't worked
with so much of problems
with rude staff ,no tv and mental upsetness i had most pathetic stay of my life .
really this need to be addressed and action taken , as ur @fabhotel other hotels are better but this experience is forcing me to leave fab hotel for always .
being a frequent hotel guest (of over 168 bookings in chain hotels in indore year 2019)

The most pathetic experience to even visit this place for a second. the receptionist cum self acclaimed manager cum bouncer of the hotel mr. akshay thinks he is some khalifa who can misbehave with the guests anytym they r arriving as he thinks that rajnandini residency is the last option on earth in indore to stay , he doesn't have manner to talk, takes the advantage of people in requirement of room at 11th hour, judges them with their appearance n starts messing up in a dominating tone as he thinks the individual arrived cannot pay for his pathetic hotel rooms and the rooms in the hotel's r not even worth to be paid for the amount asked . still i will thank him that he messed n i decided to leave the hotel premises at 12 in the midnight wid two younger siblings , moved to jardin hotel, paid the worthy amount n stayed in a luxurious room with all the decent suitable facilities with the amazing staff behaviour.. never going to recommend fab hotel tie ups for stay as the team of fab n the team of hotels have no mutual understanding and the clients get suffered.. fab hotels instead of apologising to guests on their reviews should check their own standard and execute improvement in their facilities rather than saying sorry on the review n keeping on to forge other guests in the future.

This was my 10th time in a fab in indore and due to unavailability of my trusted fab property i booked fab rajnandani. firstly never had it been such a hassle in the check in process though still i accept there were misconceptions on understanding the hotel policies on my part but then i don't know why other fab properties don't follow that. asking for full amount at the time of check in when i had already paid 25% advance is not a healthy practice. room was good and spacious but linen was not properly washed and food and oil stains were present. tv was just like a showpiece because though it was present along with a tata sky connection but only 5 useless channels were running. the room lock was not working properly as well. food was moderate. most of all forcing you to post a 5 star review on checkout is so unprofessional and also leave you doubtful on the high ratings this hotel shows. overall disappointed when i compare my other fab stays in indore.

We heard voice thatfood was fell down in lobby and without 5 mins they came with our order. fried rice and sabzi was less than half in quantity. roti was non butter and very dry.
i complained later snd and they admitted that quantity should not be that less. at the time of billing, they charged fully and said u should have informed me that time but the person served was there and he accepted on quantity.
but he completely denied to make any compromise on bill but we suffered with food we paid off.
when i asked him to deduct butter cost from roti he said only 1 rs will be less, i asked for menu card then he less 15 rs from 1 roti only.
overall we were being charged for unnecessary items and ate fallen food with no decent quality.
room was so annoying, each n every sound from room service coming day n night, no proper curtons, so extreme sunlight from starting of day. cant sleep properly.

Extremely disappointed with fabhotels’ overall service.
the biggest issue is their poor coordination and lack of proper communication with the hotels they list. what they promise during booking often doesn’t match what the hotel is actually informed about. this leads to unnecessary confusion, extra charges, and a frustrating experience for customers.
the hotel staff often ends up dealing with problems that are clearly caused by fabhotels’ mismanagement, while customers are left feeling helpless. customer support from fabhotels is slow, unresponsive, and rarely takes ownership of the issue.
would not recommend using fabhotels if you’re expecting a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free stay.
