3 GoodWhen i booked the property the told me it’s available but after reaching there no rooms are available… then some how they managed for another fab hotel.. but the best thing is that i have booked the previous hotel including breakfast but the hotel where they arrange d was not having any kitchen and no breakfast from hotel is provided…Kanoon Kaksha, 25 Jan

1 AverageThere were no towels provided. when asked, told us that will give u tomorrow what will i do with the towel at the checkout time??? no hangwers to hang clothes ( generally every hotel has it beside the door). blankets were damn dirty. no tv was there in the room as mentioned in the description. overall 0 rating. no proper parking provided. the only good thing is the location. rest all the things were pathetic.Shashank Garg, 28 Dec

1 AverageVery disappointing experience. we booked two rooms, and both were in extremely poor condition. the bedsheets, blankets, and pillows were stained, the rooms had a foul smell with no proper ventilation, and the bathrooms were dirty. fabhotels has seriously degraded in terms of cleanliness and quality. i had made a partial payment before arrival, but after seeing the condition of the rooms, we refused to stay. when i contacted customer care, instead of handling the issue professionally, i was asked to click pictures so they could “trust” my complaint. who clicks pictures while seeing a room just to be believed? this response was highly unprofessional. despite raising the issue immediately, no refund was provided for the advance payment. would not recommend.Later Saw, 13 Dec

1 AverageYour staff was least bothered to take care of customers.the mattress were not clean. proper toiletries were not provided. ac was not proper neither the regulator of fan was working. geyser was in very pathetic condition. totally unprofessional attitude.Priti Sharma, 22 Oct

2 AverageThis is below least budget category hotel. rooms have least space for extra mattress. blankets and curtains were not clean. dustbin bag was not even changed in the bathroom. amenities given were very much general. hot water was not available on time and tap from water were in slow delivery. night shift staff,piyush agarwal is good in nature but seems nothing is in power to improvise the present situation of property.Pulkit Vijayvargia, 15 Mar
