My worst stay ever. staff was very unprofessional, checkin was late, no towels were provided, no toiletries, they installed a tv from some other room to our room after checkin, i paid extra for premium room, but after checkin, got to know that all the rooms are deluxe only, premium is just a bluff. their restaurant was a complete scam, charged extra for same food because we had our food on rooftop, booked for 3 days, no room service was there even a single day. do not waste your hard earned money in this hotel

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Poor basic service like toilet facility. dirty toilet pot and tabs/ flush are not working. when we complained nobody accowledge the problem. will never visit it. they alloted the problematic room after knowing this.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Very friendly staff proactive and helpful. i am talking here about all the staff . i interacted with reception desk restaurant room service. the informations recived weere always correct and i felt safe . the room was comfortable and clean. great value for money . overall good stay
