We booked two rooms for three nights and prepaid the full amount. unfortunately, the experience did not match the photos or the initial checkin. - *room discrepancy:* we were first placed in a larger room, but were later moved to much smaller rooms with poor ventilation, no functional geyser, and insufficient storage space. - *service:* no room service was offered during the entire stay. housekeeping did not clean the rooms for four days, and bed sheets were never changed. - *condition:* the hotel was under renovation, creating additional noise and mess. our luggage was misplaced; the bag cover was returned damaged. - *overall:* the mismatch between the advertised rooms and the actual conditions, combined with the lack of basic amenities and service, left us very disappointed.

Very very worst experience. i booked room for 2 but when reach the hotel they provided me single bedroom and telling me booking from fab hotel app this is the only room will be given. i have also reported to fab hotel via mail but zero response . worst hotel experience and also worst service from fab hotel
