2 AverageOk ok rooms, zerp for bfast as it was not served at all. when asked they said the kitchen will open at 10am and then only we could serve. had to check out withpout the bfast and the money spent is wasted. torn bedsheets, bugs in the room and not properly maintained. not at all for family. pathetic stayAbhishek Chaturvedi, 2 Mar

1 AverageWorst staff, they accepted our booking from make my trip and when we arrived hotel they denied to give us the room and said that this is not our rate and we can’t give room. after arguing half n hour they gave us 1 room between 4 people and i am with my family including old people as well. worst people and place.Tapaswini Dubey, 4 Nov

5 FabulousHad a wonderful experience staying here! the location is ideal — close to everything yet peaceful. the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms and common areas were top-notch. truly one of the best stays i’ve had — would love to visit again!Aakash Yadav, 6 Oct

1 AverageHi team, i am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. unfortunately, my experience was far from the relaxing getaway i had hoped for, and i feel compelled to share the many issues that made it a truly awful stay. room condition - the room was not as advertised. the photos online showed a modern, well-maintained space, but what i walked into was far from that. the carpet was stained, the walls were scuffed and peeling, and the furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. cleanliness- the bathroom was disgusting. the shower had visible mold, and there was hair in the sink and on the floor. i had to ask for cleaning supplies just to wipe down the surfaces before i could use them. breakfast- the "complimentary breakfast" was a joke - hotel doesn’t have even kitchen.Dheeraj Kumar, 3 Dec

1 AverageHotel location and room is good but *room service is pathetic even food is terrific, i included breakfast in my package of 4 people with 2 rooms and they give single parataha for 4 people , even the paratha was uncooked cups were broken for tea , even if you go for purchase they give 2 paratha in one plate*. even when i booked 2 rooms online, when i reached there they only give me one room but after so much arguments they gave one more room , i will never reccomand any one this hotel for stay . even continuous noise of machine was coming through out the nightAnuja Sinha, 4 Jan
