Worstt experience everr ,they do not follow fab hotel rules they will charge youu extraa in some wayy ,worstt room maintenance,no proper cleaning,no towel provided until asked,wastee of your moneyy if you book in thiss

If i could give a star rating in negative it would be -5. room smells foul, bedsheets and bankets are dirty, torn, smelly. toilets are in worse condition and dirty. even the room floors are so sticky we never removed our footwear. when we asked for towels they said we don't have clean ones now we will give you next morning at 5. next mornig we didn't get any towel. they all were sleeping till 7:30am that's when we left. there is nothing like room service, they don't clean rooms they don't provide water, toiletries or anything a hotel provides. we had pre-booked 2 rooms, check-in time is 12noon, they gave us one room at 3 pm and the other at 9pm. if you are in for a torture. i highly recommend this room. book for someone u want to punish.

Best hotel ever, the staff is so good, cooperative and humble. the service was really nice, they provided us with their own bikes as we couldn't find any scooty or bike in entire jaipur it was sold out. they also dropped us to our bus stop in their own car after our rapido got cancelled. also the food was delicious. a place to must stay. best service, we will stay here only whenever we will visit jaipur.

Staff behaviour was good. the room required dust cleaning. the room's landline is not working even though the contact number sticks on the door is also not reachable. hotel needs to focus on small things to get 5 start rating

I find the location convenient as it is close to the jaipur railway junction and also to the metro station. however the room service is available only with unnecessary additional charges. moreover the room no.402 that we stayed on was awfully dirty with dust,mud,ash,cigarettes and plastic wastes all lying below the bed. there was also no mat to dry our shoes after going to the bathroom and as a result, the whole tile floor on the room was muddy and it felt very uneasy to stay there.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
