1 AverageIt was the worst experience ever. i have booked many a times from agoda but never faced this kind of service. i have sent 7 emails but no resolution yet. i have provided all the videos and photos in email. the hotel reception was not even empathetic at all for the service they provided. they even dared to say that the room was shown before checkin. i am really really dissatisfied with the service and rooms for the price i paid. i got a better room for 1/3rd the price in the same location. i will never ever book from fab hotels. they don't even bother to call to address customer dissatisfaction or acknowledge the email. remove the fab from your name i suggestAshish Ahuja, 29 Jul

4 Very GoodWhen we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our hotel room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.Rahul, 29 Oct
