1 AverageNo sync between fab people & the staff at the hotel..... i booked family room at jalandhar corporate suites through fab and when i checked in at the hotel the staff there informed me that the fab have booked a premium room for us .....i had to pay extra for getting the adequate accommodation. very bad on the part of fab hotelsAnil Kumar, 4 Jan

1 AveragePathetic staff, booked a room on make my trip and called the hotel for better deal. the staff said we cannot give a better deal and the deal you are getting on mmt is too low. we will not give you a room if you book from mmt at this rate. he said if you come to the hotel with mmt booking we will not give you room and then you call mmt customer care and fight with them. heard this kind of statement 1st time from any hotel staff. absolutely unprofessional and arrogant staff.Ravneet Singh, 27 Aug
