Not good for family and couples
i stayed here last month, and it was a complete nightmare. the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. we tried to report issues for ac, constant power cuts, and a door that wouldn't even lock from the outside, but we got absolutely no support from the reception staff or the manager. on top of that, the room was a mess—the washroom was gross, the blanket was dirty, and the mattress was so uncomfortable we barely slept. it's a miracle this place is still in business. avoid it at all costs.

honestly, don't stay here. my partner and i had a terrible time. the staff was incredibly rude and seemed like they couldn't be bothered to help with anything. it felt super unsafe,definitely not a good place for a couple. and the room? it was disgusting. stained sheets, mold in the bathroom...it was just gross. seriously, the whole place feels like a cheap, third-rate hotel with zero security or proper cleaning. save your money and go somewhere else.

the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, and the overall condition of the accommodation fell far short of my expectations. i believe this is a clear breach of contract.
therefore, i am formally requesting a full refund for my stay. i have attached a copy of my booking confirmation for your reference.

Worst room i have stayed in till date. fab hotels used to have standard rooms earlier. but it has deterirated like anything.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Extremely bad experience. don't go to hotel ashoka inn (fab hotel). they claim that rooms are bigger but actually rooms are very small. hotel staff was terribly unprofessional nd their manager was highly rude and charged me extra. rooms are bad, washrooms r highly uncleaned. the total experence with fab hotel was bad. pls chose some other hotel and some other booking site .
