1 AverageNo water is available in the morning for the shower, even after complaining still water is still not available , finally have to take a bath in other room. after informing at the checkin time, that i have to check out at 8.45 in the morning breakfast is not prepared till that time, in morning i informed them about 1.15 hrs before my checkout but still they didn't prepared till the time i checked outKalyan Singh Negi, 4 Jul

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 18 Feb
