Room was ok but services and location are not. there is no in house kitchen no lift, narrow passage for entrance, no direct access to the hotel. in the morning, breakfast, for which i paid already, was served showing the menu like idli,dosa,etc. the receptionist said you can have only one item from the menu, i chose dosa and i got that dosa for me and my wife from a footpath vendor, no cutlery and napkins. i frustrated a lot but could not nothing. i thought to extend the stay but i felt sorry for the hotel's location and the kitchen services.

Fab hotel is don’t own any hotel. they uses their name for lodging room n booking at higher rate. fabexpress golden suit is not having any amenities like lift, toilet doesn’t have fan, polpat for bath, earlier wall shelf provided but now they kept cupboards and evening it’s filled with cigarette smoke so it is not for family. it’s for user like “decent hotel” of “jab we met” movie. hotel cleaning is at 11 am everyday after that they don’t care whatever is thrown in building. they don’t do checking without full and final payment in advance. they need id of all person for single room, which is illegal. they don’t have basic kitchen facilities like lodge. overall it’s not good for family.

Very bad experience. used drinking water bottles were provided. the bottle are not sealed.. the rooms were also not the same as shown in the profile and cahrges are too high.. even no facilities are provided as shown to this rate, overall, a very disappointing experience. please visit the place before booking; otherwise, they may cheat you.

I booked this hotel through goibibo, and while the stay itself was pleasant, the pre-arrival experience needs improvement. the contact number provided in the booking voucher connected me to the fabhotels call centre, where after waiting in a queue, i was given a hotel number that turned out to be incorrect. this created unnecessary tension, especially since the booking was for my elderly parents. on calling again, i finally received the correct contact. this is something that should be addressed to ensure a smoother process for guests. upon check-in, my parents found that the property does not have a lift, which can be challenging for senior citizens or anyone with mobility issues. it would be helpful if this was clearly mentioned during the booking process. that said, the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. the hygiene standards were commendable, and the hotel’s prime location near elgin crossing is definitely a plus. however, the hotel does not have a kitchen facility for lunch or dinner, which might be inconvenient for some guests. breakfast was provided, and it was tasty and satisfying. overall, a good stay with excellent room quality and location, but a few operational improvements would enhance the guest experience.

Good location, room size is good, all over infrastructure is good but doesn't have elevator and most rooms are on 3rd and 4th floor. zomato doesn't come up there so every time you have to walk down. although building and location is good staff and maintenance is not very good. cleaning staff only comes 10 in the morning so if you miss it you miss it. bedsheets are not good and looks dirty. hospitality is not there at all, once you check in youre in your own. the building has this constant sound of water from bathrooms that is irritating. although owner has mentioned to not pay tips the staff gets angry for not paying tips. the hotel door closes after 11pm, you have to call reception and a person would appear in banyan. the price is very high for its facility. avoid paying over rs 1400/- i would say only go there as love hotel but even bedsheets are not clean. in 100-200rs extra there's mangalam which also offer buffet breakfast. in cheaper there's aston. all in same area. this is really a good hotel at good location but the owner and fabexpress should take some new staff to revive the place.

Honestly i didn't like the room infrastructure with no windows or ventilation. location is only good. washroom door handles were broken and the bed also creaked. cupboards were dusty. even tea bags lay in the open. not at all economical for the cost quoted in terms of comfort, maintainence and overall very average satisfaction of stay. the only amenity found good was the ac was strong and room was clean but the overall quality is unsatisfactory. can't recommend for women travelling alone. ok for couples and family but i would prefer it for day use only at a lower cost. not at all matching room costs and pics shown on booking.com. so i have also learnt i can't rely on booking.com for solo travels. if you are not looking for super quality comfort stay bec for that cost, they could provide much better maintenance upkeep then it is ok to consider bec i feel it was priced high and requires better fixing of amenities. customer service staff was good. check in was smooth. stay and pay without any high expectations.
