1 AverageHad an extremely disappointing stay at this fabhotel. we booked 2 rooms for 4 persons, and the experience was full of inconvenience and harassment. initially, we were given room 302, where the fan regulator was not working. after complaining, we were shifted to room 301, but the water tap there was also not working. later, around 10 pm at night, we were again shifted to room 203. changing rooms multiple times late at night was very frustrating. there were no basic amenities at allno soap, no shampoo. we were given only 2 towels for 2 rooms, i.e., one towel per room, and both towels were torn and in very poor condition. we had to go out in the cold at night to buy soap and shampoo ourselves. not a single complimentary water bottle was provided. one staff member said there would be no charge, but later during checking and checkout, we were told that charges would apply, and we were forced to pay for a 120 water bottle. staff communication was completely contradictory. overall, the amenities are only for names sake. it honestly feels like this hotel is only hungry for money and has no intention of providing proper service. my money felt completely wasted. very poor, unhygienic service. i would not recommend this property to anyone.Kiran, 2 Jan

1 AverageThe worst downmarket hotel i have ever stayed, i had booked for two days but i left after 1 day. horrible staff behavious and i had booked a deluxe room was given the dirtiest filthiest room available, infact the worst room on 1st floor, inside the room was stained with paan spit red in colour, only 1 spot light working, like a dungeon dark and smelled of mould. the linen were dirty and torn....i felt like puking...fab hotels is the worst chain they cheat customers of money and exploit them...i would request everyone to avoid fab hotels like plague! i requested several times to give me a good room but they denied! hipe fab hotel takes strictbaction against these peopleArunava Roy, 17 Dec

1 AverageMy stay at hotel luxor was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. the rooms were filthy, the bedsheets were stained and clearly unwashed, and there were cockroaches crawling all around. to make matters even worse, i actually found used condom packets in the bed, which is beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. the hotels hygiene standards are non-existent, and its obvious that no proper cleaning or maintenance is done. i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone not even for a single night. if you care about cleanliness, comfort, or basic decency, avoid hotel luxor at all costs. this place should honestly be inspected by health authorities.Gauranga Nath, 9 Oct

1 AverageThis hotel has a terrible features. the room was so dirty. the linens were very very old and when we ask for change they literally gave torn linens. we serve better breakfast to our pets than this hotel breakfast. i will advise all to not come in this horrible hotel.Topden Bhutia, 13 Jul

1 AverageDon't be deceived by online ratings and attractive photos. the room was in terrible condition, with a strong, unpleasant odor, a damaged ceiling, and dirty bedsheets and pillows. it was so bad that i felt nauseated during my stay. i had booked the room for two days, paying nearly ₹2,000 per day. however, on the first day, they claimed there was no water in the room and shifted me to another hotel, which i later found online for just ₹1,000 per dayand also 5km away . despite this, they didn't refund the difference. the only reason i stayed was because the staff was polite and supportive. but honestly, it felt like a scam.Janish U, 5 Mar

2 Average1) cleanness of the room is horrible, there are insects and cockroaches. smells really bad. room hygiene is really really pathetic. i am really surprised to see some people are giving very good ratings to room cleanness. it’s just horrible. never ever suggest anyone. btw i was in room 101. awful. 2) towels given are really bad. how can they give old damaged towels to guests? towels have brown patches all through. 3) i mist say that staffs are good. they are very supportive and helpful. i will never ever suggest anyone to this hotel. really horrible experience.Partha Swain, 12 Dec
