3 GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Shekhar Sharma, 22 Jun

4 Very GoodThis hotel is good in all aspects.. but some points i want to mention. 1. wifi was there but in 4th floor its not working.. 0 internet speed. 2. food is a bit pricey. 3. the room which i was given is very good except the mattress.. on double sized bed there were two single mattresses placed side by side.. and there is a gap in between them and it was uncomfortable.. rest all services were very good.Anonymous, 22 Nov

1 AverageHotel staff didnt provide rooms, took us to an annex building with uncleaned rooms and no wifi. on refusing to go, they asked us to leave hotel saying rooms are already booked. we had to call fab customer care multiple times in order to get the assigned room. next day morning we were repeatedly disturbed and asked to check out in advance before the checkout time.Mrinal Das, 18 Jan
